  Just ordered my food through the drive thru and I asked very nicely if they could please make the food fresh because it was dead and after the food sets it's gets hard and I have braces and can't eat it when it's hard. I saw through the window the manager telling the cook something so I thought surely they are being nice and making it fresh.....NOPE! I got back to work and had to throw it all away. The fries were cold and hard and the chicken was hard. Very disappointed!!
